• Please register with the parish so that we know who our parishioners are. You can obtain a registration card and a Stewardship packet from the the Foyer of the church.
• During the registration, you can request envelopes from the parish or obtain a form for the Pre-Authorization Remittance (PAR) of your financial contribution.
• The registration form and the PAR form can be left in the weekly collection.

You will also receive a Stewardship Booklet related to the many Ministries available in the Parish. You are encouraged to review the Commitment form with this material and, in a spirit of prayer and service, make a commitment of time and talent to the Parish.

The PAR form is currently available online in PDF format. We require an original signature for it, so you cannot complete it online.
